چکیده
The strategies of gene sequencing and gene characterisation i frequently determined by a balance between cost and benefit, terms of the amount of phylogenetic signal resolved for a giv taxonomic level. Generally, cost is far easier to predict than b databases is a cost-effective means by which molecular data m addressing systematic problems. As technology advances and affordable and accessible to many researchers, it may be surp gene products remain favoured targets for systematic and phy ribosomal DNA (rDNA), and the various RNA products trans utility in wide ranging groups of organisms. The small (SSU) fragments especially lend themselves to study as they provide sites that enable multiple alignments between homologues, an phylogenetic signal (Hillis and Dixon 1991; Dixon and Hillis (rRNA) is also the commonest nucleic acid in any cell and th sequencing in both eukaryotes and prokaryotes during the ear based molecular systematics (Olsen and Woese 1993). In par and gene product (SSU rRNA) have become such establishe systematic markers among some taxa that databanks dedicate developed and maintained with international and government Database Project II, Maidak et al. 1999; the rRNA WWW Ser One or more species from all metazoan phyla, except the Lor genes characterised in part or fully and if SSU rDNA appears outset of a phylogenetic study, these databases (including EM provide a head start. The first flatworm species to have had its SSU sequen fragments, was Dugesia tigrina (Field et al. 1988). The first f perhaps not surprisingly considering its medical importance,

Modeling and Simulation of Substrate Noise in Mixed-Signal Circuits Applied to a Special VCO
The mixed-signal circuits with both analog and digital blocks on a single chip have wide applications in communication and RF circuits. Integrating these two blocks can cause serious problems especially in applications requiring fast digital circuits and high performance analog blocks. Fast switching in digital blocks generates a noise which can be introduced to analog circuits by the common su...
متن کاملEffects of ageing on speed and temporal resolution of speech stimuli in older adults
Background: According to previous studies, most of the speech recognition disorders in older adults are the results of deficits in audibility and auditory temporal resolution. In this paper, the effect of ageing on timecompressed speech and auditory temporal resolution by word recognition in continuous and interrupted noise was studied. Methods: A time-compressed speech test (TCST) w...
متن کاملDNA fragmentation and oxidative stress compromise sperm motility and survival in late pregnancy exposure to omega-9 fatty acid in rats
Objective(s):The aim of this study was to evaluate the oxidative status and DNA integrity in testes of wistar rat offspring exposed to omega-9 monounsaturated (MUFA) at different times of late organogenesis. Materials and Methods:Sixty female rats were divided into six groups of 10 animals. The first group served as control and received the drug vehicle, olive oil (1 ml/kg/day). The second, thi...
متن کاملEnhancement of Noise Performance in Digital Receivers by Over Sampling the Received Signal
In wireless channel the noise has a zero mean. This channel property can be used in the enhancement of the noise performance in the digital receivers by oversampling the received signal and calculating the decision variable based on the time average of more than one sample of the received signal. The averaging process will reduce the effect of the noise in the decision variable that will approa...
متن کاملUsing a novel method for random noise reduction of seismic records
Random or incoherent noise is an important type of seismic noise, which can seriously affect the quality of the data. Therefore, decreasing the level of this category of noises is necessary for increasing the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of seismic records. Random noises and other events overlap each other in time domain, which makes it difficult to attenuate them from seismic records. In this r...
